Something exciting is launching, and it's not AI-related.
Arc, the alternative browser from the Browser Company, is releasing its iOS version today. If you don't know what we're talking about, here's a refresher. Self-proclaiming as the "browser that is going to kill Chrome," Arc lets you customize your browsing experience and focuses on improving concentration and removing clutter from traditional browsers.
A big part of its appeal is the ability to navigate using shortcuts. The command palette lets you create new tabs and access websites and extensions. Everything is stored in a sidebar that can be tucked away so you don't have to get overwhelmed by your 47 unnecessarily open tabs.
The launch of Arc for iOS has been highly anticipated, with Arc's makers sharing fun real-time updates through their TikTok "journal" account. While it will still be a while until the app propagates to all regions and devices, some users have started sharing their thoughts already. The app will let you customize your theme and icon and switch between spaces you're creating (like "News" or "Work") to get to links you've bookmarked.
